To export a configuration:

  1. Click the Export Configuration button in the Configuration ribbon group.
    The Windows Save As dialog box is displayed.
  2. Browse to the directory where you want to save the configuration file.
  3. Edit the file name in the File Name field (the default file name is FaxServiceConfiguration). Do not change the Save as type from XML files (.xml).
  4. Click Save.
