If your plugin is not working properly, check the following:

  1. Double-check that you have performed all parts of the installation procedure correctly.
  2. If your Cityworks application uses HTTPS, ensure that your OnBase GIS Service is also configured to use HTTPS.
  3. Ensure that the ObServiceUrl setting in the OnBasePlugin.xml file is correct.
  4. Ensure that the relative path to the OBCityworksPlugin.min setting in the PluginLoaderPlugin.xml file is correct.
