If your system is licensed for WorkView, you can configure your Integration for Esri solution to return WorkView objects when querying selected features. In order to enable the WorkView Class configuration option, a WorkView application must exist and must be configured with a GIS - Feature Based module association.

To configure WorkView classes for use with Integration for Esri, follow these steps:

  1. Select a parcel, then open the Layer Configuration Options drop-down list and select the WorkView Class option. The WorkView Class Mappings dialog box is displayed.
  2. From the WorkView Application drop-down list, select the WorkView application that contains the WorkView class you want to use.
  3. From the WorkView Class field, select the WorkView class that contains the WorkView filter you want to use.
  4. From the Class Filter drop-down list, select the WorkView filter that contains the attributes you want to map to GIS attributes.
  5. Map WorkView filter attributes to GIS attributes by following these steps:
    1. Select a WorkView filter attribute from the Filter Attribute drop-down list.
    2. Select a GIS attribute from the Layer Attribute drop-down list.
    3. Click Add. The selected filter attribute is mapped to the selected GIS attribute.
  6. Click OK.
