You can configure your system so that your users can access a URL through the web mapping application (for example, to an external Web site or an OnBase E-Form). To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Select a layer, then open the Layer Configuration Options drop-down list and select the Web Page option. The Web Page Mappings dialog box is displayed.
  2. Enter text in the URL friendly name field. This option controls the tooltip text that is displayed when users hover over the Web Link button with their mouse.
  3. Enter a URL in the URL field. This is the URL that users will be directed to when they click the Web Link button.
  4. Select one or more Layer Features from the Layer Feature drop-down list, then select Add. The configured URL will be mapped to the selected Layer Features.
  5. Click OK.
