You can expedite the troubleshooting process by providing your solution provider with a Diagnostics Console log file containing the error you are encountering. To capture this information, follow these steps:

  1. Set all of the enableMailSlot settings in both the Application Server web.config file and the Hyland.Diagnostics.config file to true.
  2. Set the hylandTracing setting in the system.diagnostics.config file to 4 to provide the highest level of detail reported to the Diagnostics Console.
  3. Open the Diagnostics Console on the server hosting your Application Server and your OnBase GIS Service.
  4. Perform the steps that are causing your error.
  5. In the Diagnostics Console, select the Save all Tabs option to save the log file.
  6. Set all of the enableMailSlot settings in both the Application Server web.config file and the Hyland.Diagnostics.config file back to false.
  7. Submit your log file to your solution provider along with the support information noted above.
