You can expedite the troubleshooting process by providing your solution provider with a Diagnostics Console log file containing the error you are encountering. To capture this information, follow these steps:
- Set all of the enableMailSlot settings in both the Application Server web.config file and the Hyland.Diagnostics.config file to true.
- Set the hylandTracing setting in the system.diagnostics.config file to 4 to provide the highest level of detail reported to the Diagnostics Console.
- Open the Diagnostics Console on the server hosting your Application Server and your OnBase GIS Service.
- Perform the steps that are causing your error.
- In the Diagnostics Console, select the Save all Tabs option to save the log file.
- Set all of the enableMailSlot settings in both the Application Server web.config file and the Hyland.Diagnostics.config file back to false.
- Submit your log file to your solution provider along with the support information noted above.
