Error: Failed to load portal item(s).
Resolution: This error can occur when the name of the layers configured in the GIS Configuration utility do not match the name of the layers configured for your web mapping application. To resolve this issue, ensure that the name of the layers configured in the GIS Configuration utility match the name of the layers configured for your web mapping application.
This error can also occur when a selected feature layer has not been configured correctly. In this situation, the selected feature layer will be loaded but will not be displayed in the Map Layers list. Contact the creator of the feature layer to resolve this issue.
Error: There are no feature layers to query on.
Resolution: If you are using Web AppBuilder, you may need to check the configuration of the Web Map you are using. The layers you want to query against must be added as individual feature layers. If they are added as a single map service, the OnBase GIS tools will not be able to parse them out to find GIS feature-related documents in OnBase.
