You can filter the results returned to the document search results list by specified values. To do so, follow these steps:

Click the Narrow Results button.
Fields are displayed below the column headers in the Selection section.

Type text into one or more of the displayed fields. The document search results list is updated to return only values that match the specified text.
Tip:
You can click the Reset button to clear the filter fields.
