Depending on your system's configuration, you may be able to statically link documents to map features. To statically link a document to a map feature, follow these steps:

  1. Select one or more map features from the web mapping application.
  2. Click on the Attach button.
    Note:

Depending on your system's configuration, you may be required to log on to OnBase at this point. If so, enter your logon credentials in the OnBase login window and click Login.

The Attach dialog box is displayed:
  3. Select a Document Type Group from the Document Type Group drop-down list.
  4. Select one or more Document Type(s) from the Document Type list. If the selected Document Types have any Keyword Types in common, those Keyword Type fields are displayed.
  5. Enter Keyword Values for the document you are searching for, then click the Search button.
    Note:

If needed, you can use the Clear Keywords and Clear All buttons to quickly reset your search criteria.

  6. Select all documents you want to link to the selected map feature(s), then click Attach. The document(s) will be statically linked to the selected map feature(s) in your web mapping application.
    Note:

If you need to review a document before attaching it, you can select the View button to view the document itself.
