Map states saved to OnBase can be retrieved and viewed from a document search results list.

Tip:

Availability of Advanced Mode, Map Tips, and Layer Info on saved map states is determined by your User Group permission.

To view a saved map state, follow these steps:

  1. Use the Document Retrieval functionality to search for and retrieve a saved map state document.
  2. Double-click on the document to be viewed. The following dialog is displayed.
  3. Click View Map. The saved map state is opened in the Geolocation Map viewer.
    Note:

    Viewing map states saved with Document Type content is not supported in the Web Client.
