In the OnBase Client, you can create different indexing filters for yourself on different workstations for the locations of care, Document Type comments, and observation views to which you have been granted general access.

To create personal filters for these items on the current workstation:

  1. In the OnBase Client, select User | My Indexing Filters. The My Indexing Filters dialog box is displayed.

    The individual items available to you are listed under the appropriate column: Locations of Care, Document Type Comments, or Views.

  2. In each column, do the following:
    1. Select each item you wish to maintain access to when indexing Centricity documents on this workstation.
    2. Deselect each item you wish to revoke access to when indexing Centricity documents on this workstation.
  3. When finished configuring your Centricity indexing filters on this workstation, click Save.
    Note:

    To configure a different set of indexing filters for yourself on a different workstation, you must log on to the OnBase Client on this other workstation (i.e., under the same user account) and repeat the above procedure.
