When indexing, you have the option of directly jumping to a specific document in the batch. This option is useful when you have a large batch and do not wish to skip ahead or back by one document at a time until you reach the target document.

To jump to a specific document in the batch:

  1. From the Indexing dialog box, click the Jump button (or press Ctrl + J).
  2. Once you click this button, the Jump to Document dialog box is displayed.
  3. In the Jump to field, enter the ordinal number of the document in the batch you wish to jump to.
  4. Click OK.
