Depending on your configuration, you may be required to confirm the Clinic Date before the current document can be indexed.
To confirm the currently displayed Clinic Date(and the corresponding time), click on the Click here to confirm text above the Clinic Date field. Alternatively, if you manually change the Clinic Date and/or its corresponding time, the confirmation requirement is removed for the current document.
Note:
You cannot index a document with a future date set for the Clinic Date. If you have entered a year earlier than 1951 for the date, you will be prompted to verify this value before indexing the document.
