You can configure your OnBase system to automatically generate Activities in Guidewire when a document is imported or when a SYS - Send Document Event is triggered. The EIS component then creates the object and links it to the document that triggered the event.
An object will not be created if invalid Keyword Values are provided on the document being uploaded into OnBase. Instead, a note is added to the document in OnBase describing the invalid or missing Keyword Values that must be corrected.
Documents can only be linked to a single Guidewire Activity. In Billing Center, an uploaded document will be linked using the following criteria:

If the Account Number, Policy Number, and Producer Keyword Types are specified, the document will be associated with the Policy.

If the Account Number and Producer Keyword Types are specified, the document will be associated with the Account.

If the Producer Keyword Type is specified, the document will be associated with the Producer.
