By default, .tiff files cannot be displayed using the PDFPop viewer. To allow users to view .tiff files from the PDFPop viewer, you must create a custom file format for .tiff files. For more information, see Create Custom File Formats.
By default, .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx files cannot be uploaded into OnBase from a portal application or PolicyCenter. To allow users to upload these files, you must create a custom file format for those file formats. For more information, see Create Custom File Formats.
Documents uploaded using custom .docx, .pptx, and .xlsx file formats cannot be retrieved using PDFPop. You can either use DocPop to retrieve these types of document, or upload the documents through the OnBase Client using the .ppt, .doc, or .xls file format.
