If you are upgrading OnBase components within your Integration for Guidewire solution, contact your solution provider to ensure that you are upgrading and configuring all of the necessary components to maintain functionality. As of OnBase 18, exposure security synchronization between Guidewire and OnBase is not supported in the standard Guidewire integration implementation. Contact your solution provider if you are upgrading from OnBase 17 or earlier and your solution previously implemented this feature.
- Exposure, Contact, Matter, or Service Integration

As of OnBase 18, integration involving documents linked to Guidewire exposures, contacts, matters, or services is no longer supported in the standard Guidewire integration implementation. Contact your solution provider if you are upgrading from OnBase 17 or earlier and your solution previously implemented these features.
