To update Keyword Values of a document stored in OnBase from Guidewire:

Note: This functionality is not supported in Billing Center.
  1. Open a claim, account, policy, producer, or contact within the Guidewire application.
  2. Click the Documents tab. A list of related documents in OnBase is displayed in Guidewire.
  3. Click the View document properties button in the Actions column for the document you want to update. The Document Properties window is displayed.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Update any document property fields as needed.
  6. Click Update. The document's properties are updated in Guidewire, and the related Keyword Values in OnBase are also updated.
