To link an OnBase document to a new litigation matter in Guidewire ClaimCenter, follow these steps:

  1. Open a claim within Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  2. Select the Actions | New | Matter menu option to begin creating a new matter. The New Matter page is displayed.
  3. Click Link Documents. A list of documents available to be linked is displayed.
  4. Select one or more documents and click Select. The documents are linked to the activity.
    Tip:

    You can unlink a document by selecting the document and clicking Unlink.

  5. Click Return to New Matter. You are returned to the New Matter window.
  6. Complete all of the fields needed to create the new matter.
  7. Click Update to save the new matter.
