To link an OnBase document to an existing negotiation in Guidewire ClaimCenter, follow these steps:

  1. Open a claim within your Guidewire application.
  2. Click the Plan of Action | Negotiations menu option. A list of existing negotiations is displayed.
  3. Click View Documents for the negotiation to which you want to link a document. The OnBase Documents window is displayed, listing any documents already linked to the negotiation.
  4. Click Link Documents. A list of documents available to be linked is displayed.
  5. Select one or more documents and click Select. The documents are linked to the negotiation.
    Tip:

    You can unlink a document by selecting the document and clicking Unlink.
