To link an OnBase document to an existing activity in Guidewire ClaimCenter, follow these steps:

  1. Open an existing activity in Guidewire ClaimCenter. This can be done in several ways, including:
    • From an open claim, click Workplan in the Sidebar and open an activity from the list.

    • From the Desktop, click Activities in the Sidebar and open an activity from the list.

  2. Click Link Document in the Activity workspace. A list of documents available to be linked is displayed.
  3. Click the Select button for the document you want to link. The document is linked to the document, and you are returned to the Activity workspace.
  4. To link multiple documents to the activity, click Link Document again and select another document.
    Tip:

    You can unlink a document by clicking the Remove document icon button in the Documents list.

  5. Click Close Worksheet to close the Activity workspace.
