To view an OnBase document related to a Guidewire activity, follow these steps:

  1. Open a claim in your Guidewire application.
  2. Click the Workplan menu option.
  3. Select an activity from the activity list. Documents linked to the selected activity will be displayed in the Documents section.
  4. Click View to open the document within OnBase. The OnBase login dialog will be displayed.
  5. Enter your OnBase credentials and click Login. Documents related to the selected activity will be displayed using the OnBase Viewer from the Guidewire Document Results List.
