To link an OnBase document to a new activity in Guidewire PolicyCenter, follow these steps:

  1. Open an account in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
  2. Select the Actions | New Activity menu option and select the type of new action to create. The New Activity workspace is displayed.
  3. Click Link Documents. A list of documents available to be linked is displayed.
  4. Select the check box for one or more documents and click Select. The documents are linked to the activity, and you are returned to the New Activity workspace.
    Tip:

    You can unlink a document by selecting the check box for the document and clicking Unlink.

  5. Complete all of the other fields needed to create the new activity.
  6. Click OK to save the new activity.
