To link an OnBase document to an existing activity in Guidewire PolicyCenter, follow these steps:

  1. Open an existing activity in Guidewire PolicyCenter. This can be done in several ways, including:
    • From an open Account or Policy Summary page, open the activity from the Current Activities list.

    • From the Desktop, click My Activities in the Sidebar and open an activity from the list.

  2. Click Link Documents in the Activity workspace. A list of documents available to be linked is displayed.
  3. Select the check box for one or more documents and click Select. The document is linked to the document, and you are returned to the Activity workspace.
    Tip:

    You can unlink a document by selecting the check box for the document and clicking Unlink.

  4. Click OK to close the Activity workspace.
