Depending on your system's configuration, some documents may be displayed using the embedded viewer when a document is viewed from a portal application. The following file types can be displayed using the embedded viewer:

The following functionality is available from the embedded document viewer:

Click this button to display the Print dialog box, then specify the desired printing options and click Print to print the displayed document. |

Share |
Click this button if you want to share the selected document with another person. When this button is clicked, a hypertext link to the document is generated and copied onto your clipboard. You can then paste the copied link into an email or another file to allow another user to view the file. Users who access the link will be prompted to log in to the portal application to view the document. |

Download |
Click this button to download the displayed document. |
