The following ResolutionMD integration parameters must be configured.
Parameter |
Description |
---|---|
Server |
The ResolutionMD server. The integration uses this value when constructing URLs for viewing studies through ResolutionMD. Do not include the protocol to use (http, https). To include a port, append the port number to the server address as shown in the following examples: www.server.com:8080, server.com:8443, 10.10.10.100:8443 For information about required ports, refer to the documentation for ResolutionMD administration. |
Custom Date Format |
The format the integration will use to read the date of external studies returned by a federated search. The default format is yyyyMMdd. For information about date formats, refer to the documentation for ResolutionMD administration. |
Custom Time Format |
The format the integration will use to read the time of external studies returned by a federated search. The default format is HHmmss.FFFFFF. For information about time formats, refer to the documentation for ResolutionMD administration. |
Shared Secret |
The value the integration will use to establish a trust relationship between the Patient Window and ResolutionMD. This value must match the shared secret configured for the ResolutionMD server. For information about selecting and configuring the shared secret for ResolutionMD, refer to the ResolutionMD documentation or the Calgary Scientific Knowledge Base. |
Enable HTTPS |
Controls the protocol the integration will use when performing web requests to the ResolutionMD server. Valid values are 1(for HTTPS) and 0(for HTTP). The default and recommended value is 1. When this value is 0, the integration's connections to the ResolutionMD server are insecure. Ensure you understand the risks associated with insecure connections before disabling this setting. Note:
Users may encounter problems loading ResolutionMD in a mixed environment, where the OnBase Patient Window is configured to use HTTPS but ResolutionMD is not. Internet Explorer will allow ResolutionMD to load in a mixed environment only if the browser's Display mixed content security setting is enabled for the server's security zone. Firefox will block ResolutionMD from loading. |
Enable Federated Search |
Controls whether Patient Window users can retrieve external studies through ResolutionMD. External studies are studies that do not have placeholder documents residing in OnBase. Valid values are 0(disabled) and 1(enabled). The default value is 0. When this setting is 1, then the Find More Studies button is available in the Patient Window. When users click this button, the Patient Window retrieves external studies through ResolutionMD using all MRNs associated with the current patient's MPI. When this setting is 0, users will not be able to retrieve external studies through ResolutionMD using the Patient Window. You do not need to enable this setting to use the federated search option in the HL7 DICOM Processor. |
