When a user clicks the Find More Studies button in the OnBase Patient Window, one of the following errors may be displayed:

  • Error during CalgaryScientificIntegration Federated Search.

  • Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.

When either error occurs, the user cannot return to the OnBase Patient Window's main interface.

This first error may occur because the user cannot authenticate with the ResolutionMD server, or because the ResolutionMD server specified in OnBase Configuration is invalid. The second error occurs if the Resolution MD server is specified using an invalid format.

To resolve these errors, do the following:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Medical | DICOM | Viewer Integration Settings.
  2. Select Calgary Scientific.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Make sure the Shared Secret parameter in OnBase Configuration matches the shared secret configured on the ResolutionMD server.
  5. Make sure the Server parameter specifies a valid ResolutionMD server, without the http or https.
