When a user double-clicks a study in the OnBase Patient Window, the ResolutionMD login screen may be displayed.
This issue may be caused by an authentication error.

Make sure the DICOM parameters are configured correctly in OnBase Configuration. The shared secret on the ResolutionMD server must match the Shared Secret parameter in OnBase Configuration.

Also make sure the client browser is configured to accept cookies from the domain or IP address of the ResolutionMD server.
If the user is able to open a study, but the login screen is displayed after a period of inactivity, then the ResolutionMD timeout may need to be increased.
