When a user double-clicks a study in the OnBase Patient Window, the ResolutionMD login screen may be displayed.

This issue may be caused by an authentication error.

  • Make sure the DICOM parameters are configured correctly in OnBase Configuration. The shared secret on the ResolutionMD server must match the Shared Secret parameter in OnBase Configuration.

  • Also make sure the client browser is configured to accept cookies from the domain or IP address of the ResolutionMD server.

If the user is able to open a study, but the login screen is displayed after a period of inactivity, then the ResolutionMD timeout may need to be increased.
