Users are automatically logged off of ResolutionMD after a configured period of inactivity. Upon logoff, the user is redirected to the ResolutionMD login screen. The user will have to open (or re-open) a study using the Patient Window in order to establish a new session.
To ensure active users are not presented with the ResolutionMD login screen, increase the ResolutionMD timeout period. The new value should be large enough to prevent the user's ResolutionMD session from timing out before the user's Patient Window session.
To increase the timeout period for the ResolutionMD server, refer to the ResolutionMD documentation or the Calgary Scientific Knowledge Base. Because a larger timeout period may increase the demands on the ResolutionMD server, ensure the server has sufficient resources to manage all active users.
