When a user clicks the Find More Studies button in the OnBase Patient Window, the following error may be displayed:

Error during MergeAccessIntegration Federated Search.
When this error occurs, the user cannot return to the OnBase Patient Window's main interface.
This error may occur because the user cannot authenticate with the iConnect Access server, or because the iConnect Access server specified in OnBase Configuration is invalid.
- In OnBase Configuration, select Medical | DICOM | Viewer Integration Settings.
- Select Merge Access Integration.
- Click Settings.
- Make sure the Authprovider parameter in OnBase Configuration matches the authProvider id value configured for OnBase in the Web.config file for IntegratorAuthenticationSTS on the iConnect Access server.
- Make sure the server parameter specifies a valid iConnect Access server, without the http or https. For more information, see DICOM Parameter Descriptions.
