The Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 provides the ability to configure Auto Import folders from your Outlook Inbox using the Outlook Folder Configuration window. Auto Import folders allow you to automatically import emails and attachments from your Outlook Inbox into OnBase .

Auto Import folders allow you to map a standard email field value to a Keyword Type and then use these field values to automatically index email messages and attachments when importing to OnBase .

Each Auto Import folder is configured to archive email messages using Document Type attributes for both the email message and any email attachments.

Note the following considerations for configuring Auto Import folders:

• Auto Import folders configured in Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 can be used in other versions of Outlook as long as the same OnBase credentials are used within the integrations.

• Outlook Search Folders cannot be configured to be Auto Import folders for Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019.
