The Button Configuration section allows you to select which buttons are available in the ribbon. The following button options are available.

Button Configuration

Description

Enable Import Button

Select to enable the Import ribbon button.

For more information, see Import Options.

Note:

This option does not apply to the Import from File button.

Enable Launch Client Button

Select to enable the Client ribbon button.

For more information, see Launch Client Options.

Enable Retrieval Button

Select to enable the Custom Queries, Retrieval, and Retrieve by Document Handle ribbon buttons.

Enable Workflow Button
Note:

This option is only available if you are licensed for the Workflow module and have the appropriate user rights to configure this setting.

Select to enable the Workflow ribbon button. For more information on Workflow, see the Workflow documentation.

Enable Forms Button
Note:

This option is only available if you are licensed for the E-Forms or the Unity Forms module and have the appropriate user rights to configure this setting.

Select to enable the Forms ribbon button.

Enable Import from File Button

Select to enable the Import from File ribbon button.

Enable My Reading Groups Button
Note:

This option is only available if you are licensed for the Document Knowledge Transfer & Compliance module and have the appropriate user rights to configure this setting.

Select to enable the My Reading Groups ribbon button.

Enable Imaging Group
Note:

This option is only available if you are licensed for the Document Imaging module and have the appropriate user rights to configure this setting.

Select to enable the Imaging ribbon group, which includes the Send to Scan Queue and Batch Processing buttons.

Enable Help Button

Select to enable the Help ribbon button.
Tip:

Deselect all the options in the Button Configuration section to hide the integration with OnBase tab completely.

After making changes in the Button Configuration section, click the Save button to save your changes.

Note:

If you are not logged on to the OnBase Client, the login splash screen is displayed when you click Save. You must be logged on to the OnBase Client to save your changes.
