The following options can display troubleshooting messages and performance issues or configure user options and Auto Import folders. These options are located on the right side of the Outlook Integration Configuration layout.

Description

User Options

Configure Unity Client user options. See the Unity Client documentation for more information on Unity Client user options.

The following user options are not respected in the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019:

  • Clear Document Keywords After Import: When this option is selected, Keyword Values remain in the Keywords section of the Import pane.

  • Automatically open if search returns a single result: When this option is selected, a returned single search result is always displayed in the Search Results pane.

Troubleshooting

Opens the Troubleshooting layout from the Unity Client. Using this layout may be useful when in-depth information such as Connection Information, Troubleshooting Messages, and Memory Usage information is needed.

Request Profile Diagram

Opens the Request Profile Diagram layout from the Unity Client. Using this layout may be useful when information on performance and web service requests is needed.

Folder Configuration

Opens the Outlook Folder Configuration window to configure Auto Import folders. See Auto Import Folder Configuration for more information about configuring an Auto Import folder.

About

Opens the About OnBase dialog box, which displays the version of OnBase and the Application Server connection information.

After making changes in the Integration Options section, click the Save button to save your changes.

Note:

If you are not logged on to the OnBase Client, the login splash screen is displayed when you click Save. You must be logged on to the OnBase Client to save your changes.
