You are using a computer called Workstation 1. You are logged on as Jane Harper using the datasource 9SecondFoods. The Workflow button is enabled and visible. When clicked, the Workflow window is opened.
You log out of the integration and move to another computer which is called Workstation 2. You log on to the integration with the same credentials (Jane Harper) and datasource (9SecondFoods) as before. The Workflow button is visible and functioning as expected. While logged on to Workstation 2, you disable the Workflow button.
You log out of Workstation 2 and return to Workstation 1. You are still using the same credentials and datasource as you have throughout. The Workflow button seems to be available, but when you click it, you get the following message:
This option is no longer available.
You have received this message because the local configuration available on Workstation 1 was not the most recent configuration. The changes made on Workstation 2 override the local settings. Because you were using the same credentials and datasource throughout the exercise, the changes are persisted to your new session on Workstation 1.
