Configuring a public folder or shared folder as an Auto Import folder is not supported.
Messages from a public or shared folder cannot be moved into an Auto Import folder to initiate an upload into OnBase .
Messages in public and shared folders can only be manually imported by using the Import button. For more information on manually importing messages, see Importing and Indexing without an Auto Import Folder.
