If the integration with OnBase tab does not display the Imaging options (Send to Scan Queue and Batch Processing) in the ribbon after installing with the MSI installer, the Hyland Office Products Installer was not installed using administrator privileges.
To display the Imaging options, the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 must be re-installed and the Hyland Office Products Installer must be run with administrator privileges.
One way to execute the Hyland Office Products Installer setup.exe file using administrator privileges is to right-click on the setup.exe file and select Run as administrator.
