When attempting to download a ClickOnce deployment package on a client workstation, the application fails to download, and the following error is displayed: The application could not be downloaded because a connection to the network could not be established. Ensure that you can connect to the network, and try again.
If the network connection is established, this error may be caused by an active instance of Microsoft Outlook. Before downloading and installing the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019, ensure that Microsoft Outlook is not running on the client workstation.
