The Request Profile Diagram layout from the Unity Client can be accessed from within Outlook.

Using this layout may be useful when information on performance and web service requests is needed.

To access the Request Profile Diagram layout:

  1. Select File and the integration with OnBase option.
  2. The Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 configuration layout is displayed.
  3. Click Request Profile Diagram to open the Request Profile Diagram layout. If you have not already logged into the Unity Client, you are prompted to do so.
