Creating an Auto Import folder configuration file allows you to deploy configured Auto Import folders for Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 users.

To create an Auto Import folder configuration file:

  1. Run the Hyland Outlook Folder Configuration utility executable file (Hyland.Office.OutlookFolderConfiguration.exe). The OnBase login splash screen is displayed.
  2. Log on to OnBase . The Folder Configuration window is displayed.
  3. See Creating an Outlook Folder to Configure as an Auto Import Folder for detailed instructions on configuring an Auto Import folder.
    Note:

    Ensure users who are receiving this folder configuration have rights to the Document Types that you select during configuration.

  4. Select the configured Auto Import folder from the Configured Folders section.
  5. From the Folder tab, click Save.

    The Microsoft Windows Save As dialog box is displayed.

  6. Enter a name for the configuration file in the File name field.
  7. Select a location to which to save the configuration file.
  8. Click Save.
