Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 provides the ability to import email messages and attachments from your Outlook Inbox into OnBase .
To import email messages and attachments, you must have the appropriate user rights. If you attempt to import email messages and attachments and are notified that you do not have import rights, contact your system administrator.
To allow users to retrieve email messages and attachments once they have been imported, you must index the email messages and attachments. Indexing provides the information required for the later retrieval of specific email messages and attachments.
There are two ways to import and index email messages and attachments:
- Import and index using an Auto Import folder. See Importing and Indexing with an Auto Import Folder.
