If you configured an existing folder as an Auto Import folder, any existing messages in that folder cannot be automatically imported into OnBase . However, the Auto Import configuration can be run manually on existing messages.
To manually import existing messages from a newly configured Auto Import folder:

Select the Run Folder Import option in one of the following ways:

Click the Folder tab, then click the Run Folder Import button from the ribbon.

Right-click the existing folder and select Run Folder Import from the right-click menu.
The Run Folder Import dialog box is displayed.
