Using the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 is similar to using the Unity Client. For this reason, similar functionality is not discussed in this documentation. For more information on Unity Client functionality, see the Unity Client documentation.

Exclusive Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 functionality is outlined in this chapter, as well as differences between the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 and the Unity Client.

Although the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019 uses Unity Client functionality when working with documents, you do not need the Unity Client running to use the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019. As long as the Application Server is running, you can use the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019.

Before using OnBase functionality in Outlook, you are required to log on to OnBase .
