The Outlook Folder Configuration window allows you to configure new Auto Import folders and manage existing Auto Import folders. The following are available options for Auto Import folders on the Folder tab of the Outlook Folder Configuration window.

Copy the selected Auto Import folder and its configurations to another parent folder. |

Rename

Rename the selected Auto Import folder. Folder names are limited to 127 characters. |

Move 
|
Move the selected Auto Import folder to another parent folder. |

Delete 
|
Delete the selected Auto Import folder. |

Save 
|
Save all configured Auto Import folders to an external file that can be used during deployment. Note:
