The time of the Keyword Value is determined by the time at which the document is imported, not sent or received.
For example, if a message is sent and received during standard time, but not imported until daylight saving time is in effect, daylight saving time is applied to all time-related Keyword Types. Conversely, if a message is sent and received during daylight saving time, but not imported until standard time is in effect, standard time is applied to all time-related Keyword Types.
