If the integration with OnBase tab is not displayed when you launch Outlook, the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021 has been disabled.
To enable the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021:
- From the Outlook menu options, select File | Options.
- From the Outlook Options dialog box, select Add-ins.
- From the Manage drop-down list, select Disabled Items.
- Click Go....
- From the Disabled Items dialog box, select the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021.
- Click Enable.
