You can deploy the Auto Import folder configuration when installing the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021 from the Hyland Office Products Installer.
To deploy an Auto Import folder configuration:

On the Outlook Integration Toolbar Configuration screen under Admin Configuration, configure the following options:

Set the Update the Client's Default Settings option to Yes.

Set the Allow User Folder Configuration option to No.
Note:When setting the Allow User Folder Configuration option to No, the Folder Configuration button is not available on the Integration with OnBase tab or in the Integration with OnBase menu of the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021.

On the Folder Configuration screen, enter the path to the Auto Import folder configuration file (.confg).
