The Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021 is accessed from the OnBase tab in the Microsoft Outlook application.
Depending on the configuration of your system, the name of this tab may have been changed by your system administrator or in the user settings.
If the integration with OnBase tab is not available, the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021 is not installed. If you were provided with a URL or UNC path to the installation package, click the path to install Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021. When the installation is confirmed, click Close and launch the Microsoft Outlook application to access the integration with OnBase tab.
When the installation package is modified by your system administrator, you are prompted to install a new version of Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021 after opening the Microsoft Outlook application.
If you have not been provided with a URL or UNC path, contact your system administrator.
