You can access the Batch Processing window using the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2021 to view batches waiting in your scan queues for indexing.

To access the Batch Processing window:

  1. From the OnBase ribbon, click Batch Processing.

    The Batch Processing window is displayed.

  2. Select a batch from the Status Queues or Scan Queues list in the Batch Processing pane.
