To add existing OnBase documents to a folio:

  1. While configuring the Integration for Netsmart Homecare, on the Configuration tab, click Retrieval.
    Or
  2. In the Unity Client, click Retrieval.
  3. The Document Retrieval layout is displayed.
  4. Retrieve a document. For more information on retrieving documents, see the Unity Client help files.
  5. From an open document or a Document Search Results list, right-click and select Send To | Briefcase or click Send To | Briefcase on the Document tab.
  6. You are prompted to select a folio:
  7. Select the folio that the document should be added to.
  8. Click Add.
  9. The document is added to the folio.
