If you are installing the Integration for Netsmart Homecare on a 64-bit system, you are required to add the Integration for Netsmart Homecare registry key to the 64-bit node of the Windows registry.

CAUTION:

Modify the registry at your own risk. Incorrectly editing the Windows registry can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Be sure to back up the registry before making any changes to it.

To add this key:

  1. Using the Windows registry editor, navigate to the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Hyland\Netsmart
  2. Right-click this key and select Export.
  3. Save the key to a location on your Windows desktop.
  4. Right-click the file you exported and select Edit.
  5. Remove Wow6432Node\ from the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Hyland\Netsmart
  6. Save and close this file.
  7. To add the Integration for Netsmart Homecare registry key to the 64-bit node of the Windows registry, right-click this file and select Merge.
