Issue: I changed the location of my Integration for Netsmart Homecare executable file, Hyland.Applications.Netsmart.exe, and am no longer able to start the Integration for Netsmart Homecare from the Netsmart Homecare application.
Resolution: Edit the path to the executable that is used in the workstation's registry.
Modify the registry at your own risk. Incorrectly editing the Windows registry can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Be sure to back up the registry before making any changes to it.
Issue: After resetting IIS, the first user that tries to synchronize receives a message stating that the Application Server cannot establish a connection. An “Object Reference not set to an instance of an object” message is then displayed, followed by a message indicating that the operation has timed out.
Resolution: After resetting IIS, the Application Server must be initialized before synchronization can occur. To initialize the Application Server, log on to the Integration for Netsmart Homecare with the -config command line switch applied, or navigate to the Application Server's service.asmx page and click Execute.
Issue: After initiating synchronization, a message is displayed stating that “An error has occurred processing the request. Please contact Technical Support. Unable to establish connection to the Application Server. Aborting the synchronization.”
Resolution: Ensure that Netsmart Homecare application usernames are properly mapped to OnBase usernames. Also verify that the URL to the OnBase Application Server and the name of the OnBase data source were entered correctly during installation.
Issue: An “Exception – the request failed with HTTP 404 – not found.” message is displayed.
Resolution: Ensure that the URL to the OnBase Application Server and the name of the OnBase data source were entered correctly during installation.
Issue: After retrieving documents using the Integration for Netsmart Homecare, one of the following error messages is displayed: “There is a problem with the configuration of Netsmart AllDocs application.” or “Unable to access the Netsmart AllDocs application.”
